how to get out of safe mode

I seem to be stuck in safe mode in windows vista.how do i get out my computer shows only different safe modes when i turn it back on

It should have the option to boot windows normally, safe mode,safe mode with networking and safe mode with cmd prompt.

If it's stuck in safe mode options only then there is an issue that needs to be resolved.
Consider what you were doing when the issue happened and whether you can "uninstall" it, in Safe Mode.
