How to get out the fan from this cpu cooler

I think the fan need to be oiled from its sound and movement so i dont know if anybody know how to remove it from this cooler..

the cooler is for quad socket(775).

I'll be honest I don't know I haven't seen that cooler before. It looks like you would have to take the bottom apart. What about that screw next to the wire in the top picture?

Anyway thanks for your help i managed to do it even it was done by breaking the black side plastic but its nothing more than a view even without it its look nicer and as u said the screws were the plot to do it , thanks.
