What can I do to get m PC to read my Seagate external harddrive. It has been formatted to fat 32 and mac

Depending on your HD size, you may want to format to NTFS.
What shows in disk management for the drive ?
MAC uses different file system HFS. I know with Win XP, you needed to install a Macdrive APP to read the drive, not sure about Win7.
