Question How to get Realtek audio to work?

I downloaded the Realtek Audio Codec/controller driver from the website and it is not working. It downloaded because I see it in the add or remove settings, but the HD Audio device does not show up in my device manager. Which means I get no audio when I plug in my headphones. Any suggestions? (Folder - link to folder with images of my issue)

What is listed under your software components? Also what motherboard?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550M DS3H AC
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3060
RAM: 16gb corsair vengence
PSU: 750W Gold rated (forgot brand)
OS: Windows 10 x64

For the last few years, the realtek drivers have come as 2 different parts. The drivers and the Console. You get drivers from MB maker and console from Windows store.

See if it makes a difference. It is odd that the driver isn't showing in Device manager though. it should be in the section you looked in. Even if its using Microsoft drivers, it should still show there.

it can be a pain to get them installed on Gigabyte, I had fun on my X570

Just to be clear did you download the Realtek audio drivers from Gigabytes support site? B550M DS3H AC (rev. 1.0/1.1/1.2/1.3) Support | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global

Yes, I did download the most recent drivers from gigabyte's driver list site. Right now, I have version 6.0.9373.1

I attempted to download the Realtek Audio Control but it doesn't allow me to. It states "error" and it gives me code 0x803FB005 when I click details.
