I downloaded the Realtek Audio Codec/controller driver from the website and it is not working. It downloaded because I see it in the add or remove settings, but the HD Audio device does not show up in my device manager. Which means I get no audio when I plug in my headphones. Any suggestions? Did you try downloading this as well?

https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/realtek-audio-control/9P2B8MCSVPLN?hl=en-au&gl=au&rtc=1

For the last few years, the realtek drivers have come as 2 different parts. The drivers and the Console. You get drivers from MB maker and console from Windows store.

See if it makes a difference. It is odd that the driver isn't showing in Device manager though. it should be in the section you looked in. Even if its using Microsoft drivers, it should still show there.

it can be a pain to get them installed on Gigabyte, I had fun on my X570
