My Windows 7 laptop has only 15 GB available on the C drive out of 283 GB. Much of the used-up space is from 1000s of temp files that don't disappear when I clear the cache. I downloaded a file analyzer but it doesn't help me know which files are OK to delete. I don't want to delete important operating temp files, if there are any there.

Solution
