How to get rid of B&O Play?

Here's my problem:
My HP laptop has B&O audio installed. The laptop has one jack, and my headset has two. I have been reading around, and a couple of people have said that if you open Realtek HD Audio Manager, right click the side, etc, you can enable it for headset. Since the laptop has B&O, I have B&O Play instead of the default Realtek audio manager.
My question is:
Can I disable or uninstall this audio to get back to the default Realtek manager?
