How to get rid of eReg.exe?

Basically I downloaded setpoint so I could turn off my back/forward keys as I always clicked on them accidently... I removed setpoint and some time later I realised that my computer seems to be blowing hard even when idle so I checked the processes and there was something logitech related that was called eReg.exe which took 40% of my processor, I'm pretty sure it's about registering my mouse but I can't access it anymore in order to get rid of it as I removed setpoint and I hate to close the process every time.

Try running msconfig, then in Startup window uncheck the program.
