Question How to get rid of short occasional "power up" "boot" like sound while PC is running perfectly normal?

So my PC is making that tiny check sound every once in a while, like bios is reseting automatically or what i don't know? It runs normal i do everything like before, besides i did some upgrading in a past few months. Added 6 fans, upgraded CPU...
I took lithium bios battery out twice for about 3 minutes to reset bios, and touched the 2 pin header near it with the magnet screwdriver put on the cap trying to reset it - i watched tutorials.

Now I only want to get rid of the short sound that something on MB is making i suspect.

Could be any number of things...what helps is knowing your complete system specs... motherboard, cpu, cpu cooling, gpu, psu, memory, case, etc.
