How to get rid of the "Found New Hardware" pop up when there is no new hardware.

This "Found New Hardware" pop up keeps coming up in the bottom right of the screen on my laptop. It also says "MTP Device". There is no new hardware on here.

At some point, you or someone with access to the computer tried to install a USB Mp3 or connected one and removed it before it finished installing... what you need to do now, is finish installing the Mp3 or edit the Windows registry to stop the baloon pop-up... check how to.
