How to get rid of the static in my computer?

Every time I connect my headphones to my computer I can hear a buzzing sound. But afterward, when I disconnect it the noise is gone. And when my computer doesn't have the noise just stops headphones.

It may be issue with sound card. You can always try buying some cheap/decent usb sound card and then connect your headphones to it. I have same issue with my work laptop it has low buzzing sound.
