How to get rid of the windows 7 welcome screen

how can i bypass the welcome screen and go straight to desktop?

Meaning? you don't want it to prompt you for your password? or due you want to remove the booting GUI?

To get rid of the Password Prompt you need to log into your account goto control panel, users, on your user account click and remove password. For this to function, you need to be the only user of the PC, otherwise you will still get that screen which asks you to choose which user is logging in and then enter a password.

To remove the Booting GUI, you need to type Msconfig in the run command box. Under the boot tab, click of the No GUI Boot option, apply, and reboot.
