Question How to get rid of virus?

Hello, today I have concluded that there is most likely a bug on my PC. Now, this happens pretty often but usually its nothing a malwarebytes scan can't fix. However this time I think it's pretty serious which is why I am posting here.
The symptoms:

1. SInce yesterday, my email has been flooded with sign up notifications to thousands of randoms sites I don't know.
2. In chrome extensions, there is a google docs extension that is percieved as 'suspicious' and has been added without my permission. Oh and it is completely UNREMOVABLE. The remove button is there but it does nothing.
3. My cursor constantly has the rotating blue circle as if something is loading when I'm not doing anything.
4. Glasswire shows that there has been connections from India and Singapore
5. I recieved an email for a request to shutdown my account? Also an overcharge on my giftcard balance for which they have canceled the order (thank god)

Anyway, I'm very worried as the next step is likely going to be my bank account. I don't know where to start because its hard to tell whether its an internet or hardware malware. Thank you for your help.

Wipe your drive and reinstall Windows. Change passwords using annother device.

Should I wipe all three or just my C drive

Ideally anything that's connected to the PC. Then restore from your backups.

From the description you gave, no.

Full wipe and reinstall.
