how to get ride of the noise coming from the Molex fan ?

I have i7 6700k Not overclocked
Gigabyte z170x gaming 5
Sapphire R9 390 Nitro

My motherboard has only 3 system fans
i have 2 Intake connected to the Motherboard
1 Exaust on the top also connected to the Motherboard
1 rear fan connected to Molex the noise driving me crazy its running at full speed

for cpu fan i have noctua nh d15

my question do you think my pc will be fine with 2 Intake (static pressure fans from corsair)
and 1 exaust rear behind my noctua d15 and disable the molex fan ?

Get a fan cable splitter and use it for both the rear and top rear fans that are exhaust, off the same motherboard header.
