Question how to get Tarkov to look not so pixellated

when i playe the game it looks very pixelated i have rtx 2070 super and 32gb of ram and a msi b450 tomahawk motherboard and the cpu is water cooled and its a amd ryzen 7 2700x

1920x1080 native I'm using all high and I have sharpness on 2.0 I have shadows down to 40 and my monitor is a asus vg248qe a 144hz and I'm at school right now I'll be home in 1 hour I'll try and send a screenshot
