How to get the Windows 10 upgradation from my windows 7 ultimate?
Are updates necessary , i mean every update ? What is the process ? Can anyone elaborate ? Please.

Your Windows 7 must be legal and activated. Go to Control Panel, Properties, System, to confirm that it is activated, and note whether you have 64-bit version.

Then, go to http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and proceed. Choose Windows 10 Pro, choose 32-bit or 64-bit as appropriate.
