How to get VMware to use NVIDA Geforce GTX 1650 Super. I'm running Widows 11. I'm using VMware to run Windows 7 to play some older games. When I try to install the games it says I need a 3D compatible graphics card. Is there a way to get VMware to recognize the Geforce card ?

Got to the settings of VMware and in the graphics tab click on hardware acceleration.
A lot of games will still not work because it will show up as a vmgraphics cards that will use the 1650 as hardware and not like a 1650, so games that look for a vendor or a model of GPU will not work.

From what I can gather, Windows 11 does not support GPU passthrough to a guest VM. But Microsoft introduced something called GPU Partitioning for Hyper-V based VMs back in Windows 10 for Pro/Enterprise/Server editions.

tl;dr, it looks like you can't have a VMWare VM use your video card for hardware acceleration in a Windows host.
