Question How to get website on google searches, been trying for couple of weeks.

the websites in question are

www.millroadtraders.co.uk and www.cb1properties.com

now ive registered with google webmaster ive verified ownership made a sitemap put the meta tag on
but still unless i type "site:www.cb1properties.com" in google i dont get multiple results.

if you search these websites on google you wont get proper results can anyone help please

search only for CB1Properties without www. and .com
