How to get window frames completely black?

I've managed to get the frames black like this, but I want the white parts/glows also removed. Any ideas how?

turn aero off, its a side effect of transparency.

But problem is, what do I replace Aero with? There's no other good option that has the basic colors and same skin model. If i change the theme, they all seem to have different skin designs.
