how to get windows 10 back?

yesterday formatted pc and it fked up and got an error msg and apparently dont have a w10 on partition drive what am i suppose do to get back windows 10 and im working with an asus.
tryed downloading windows 10 iso and doesnt seem to up, i might be doing something wrong.

tried that on a disc/dvd and not sure if im doing it wrong but its not booting. tryed f9 and f2 options but not sure if an option im missing, using an asus desktop pc

You use that to create a DVD or USB. You don't boot directly from that tool.

what you have to do as was already suggested is get access to another computer and go to the MS website and download the media creation tool which will install windows 10 on a bootable USB or DVD for you. since you did the upgrade you do not have to worry about entering a key during or after the install to activate.

the downside is you will not get the software back that was originally came with your computer and may have to go to you computer manufacturers website to download additional drivers for it

already did that and popped into pc and press f2 im in bios and how do i proceed thats where im at sorry

there is a key you ress that will take you to a boot menu. when you turn on your computer try pressing the ESC or F12 key. if none of those keys work look in your computers manual to see what key you have to press to get to the boot menu

what if i click option and since it was f8 i had to press i found out and nothing happens just computer keeps restarting? with asus logo, and if the tool on a dvd suppose to be exe file setup with other files and folders ?

No the Media cfreation tool is a Windows program that you run on windows you run the program on windows it downloads windows 10 iso and creates a bootable disc or usb drive to boot from YOU DO NOT put the program itself on the driive or disc and try to boot from it as nothing will happen it is a windows program to run inside of windows

Did you make this PC or someone else? If someone else made it and you unsure what you are doing, i would ask them for help.

If you made it, you should tell us the motherboard model and we can go see what you need to change to boot off the DVD as right now its not seeing it.

was a prebuilt and not sure whats the motherboard but its an asus m32ad

in other words you need to get access to a working computer and download the media creation tool. run it on that computer and go through the wizard to create a bootable windows install on a USB or DVD disk

ye tried via dvd doesnt seem to work but trying usb right now

should i do repair or try and reinstall windows on hdd? was mainly erroed when formatting pc? im trying repair as we speak but been going on attempting repairs for 2hrs.. how long is too long?

let me ask did you download the creation tool and throw it on to a DVD and tried to boot from it or did you download it and run it from within windows and let it download windows 10 and burn to the DVD to make it bootable
