How to get your computer out of hibernation mode

My new HP desktop is in hibernation mode and the monitor displays a message that says it can't come out of hibernation. What can I do?

Hi

PRESS the power button for 10 seconds which will turn the machine off...

And then turn OFF Hibernation...it gives too much trouble...
