I currently have a 8 mbps plan.

The problem i am currently facing is my pc have many application that uses internet continuously like (dropbox, gmail messanger, thunderbird, sms checker) and my main application does not get enough speed to work on.

Can anyone suggest me a way through which i can give all the internet speed the computer is receiving to a particular application?

as mentioned by kanewolf, inbuilt QoS thing in windows doesn't really exist.
yes, Utorrent allows you to set/limit max speeds, that is however ALL utorrent and doesn't affect anything else (except in way of "ha, I got all the network bits") nothing to do with windows itself.
The applications need to have that support or possibly your router. (yes, routers can do it if they have the functionality, good ones cost money though)
That said, none of the applications you list should use network at all when idle.
Windows has ability to tag things for QoS based on client path as stated in
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd919203(v=ws.10).aspx

buuuut... that still only tags packets with priority, the switch/router/modem must still...
no that is the old cave man way of doing so "Mr. Kanewolf". Do you know any different way to give all the internet speed to a particular application without closing any application that consumes internet.

"Mr. Kanewolf" let me present this question in different way.

You maybe aware of the software "uTorrent" that gives the maximum priority to the downloads in it than the other application on the PC. I want to know is there any application that works the same way for a particular application.

I don't know. I said that in my last post. I understand your question, I just have NO EXPERIENCE in QOS prioritization within the Windows network stack ...

All in all, i'm pretty much 100% sure that anything that allows you to limit network speeds for OTHER applications doesn't exist.
if application allows for it (utorrent, download managers) then you can limit the applications own speed but it has no real impact on other applications.
Windows by default treats them equally and thus over time they all have same speed. someone that has all of it to start with wont lose it all immediately though.
