Question How to hard reset Alfawise WD-613 doorbell?

Hello

I need to perform a hard reset of Alfawise WD-613 doorbell.

The problem is there is no reset button on this device. There is no such information about resetting the device in the manual also.

Does anybody know how to do it? Short circuit something?

If your doorbell is working, do not try to "fix" it. If it is broken, take it to service or replace.

I can't log in. I'm the sole user and i haven't changed the password since I've got it.

Granted your motives may be legitimate but there is no way on this end to know the truth of the matter.
