How to Hardcode subtitles without changing the Original Format of the Video.

VLC didn't work and most of the other softwares I saw required you to chose a completely new format of the video or somehow downsized the quality of the video or changed it in some way, I want a Software that works and that doesn't affect the quality of the original video at all.
 
Solution
You don't necessarily need to change the video format, but if you're burning the subtitles in then you must re-encode, which necessarily causes a reduction in quality (even if imperceptible) since basically every video codec is lossy.
