how to hardwire 200mm case fan

i bought a NZXT 200 mm fan and need it to run off a wall outlet. how do i wire the three black wires to a 12v 2 a power supply?

You can connect only 2 wires to external PSU. One for Ground (-) and other for 12Vdc (+). Middle one on the connector is +12v and when you look at fan connector with small ears sticking out of it facing up, ground wire would be to the left. Far right one is for speed sensing and can't and shouldn't be used for application like that.
