Well my question is this, is there a way to have in 1 pc running windows 7 to have 2 or more windows active at the same time? some games when you switch to another windows even in split screen they stop or pause, is there a way to have them running at the same time without having the keyboard and mouse inputs going both ways?

Solution

Not quite sure what you're wanting to do here.
Run 2 copies of an OS at the same time? A Virtual Machine would do this. VirtualBox from Oracle, for instance.

1 OS is the 'host', the other would be a 'guest'. You will need 2 licenses for this, though.

You can only have focus on one Window at a time if that is what you are asking. I think I remember reading a while ago about a program or some other thing you can do to get dual windows have the mouse focus at once but I don't remember if there was a solution or just a question and a web search does not seem to come up with anything like that.

Sorry seems I didnt say it right (english is not native)
By windows I refer to the programs running (chrome, games or thing like that)
So how to have 2 programs running actively at the same time, both in side screen, without pausing when you go from one to the other.

OK, now we have clarification.
This is what Windows does. Of course you can have multiple applications open at the same time.
Some games, of course, will try to steal the whole thing and pause when you click elsewhere.
