How to have windows?

I'm building a PC and I don't know how to put windows 10 or windows in general on.

Is it a CD or a flash drive?

Windows 10, you can buy it either on DVD or USB. Your choice.

Unless it specifies USB flash drive, assume it will arrive as a DVD.
