how to highly Compress game files without Damaging?

I want to Write a 8.38 GB game in a 4GB DVD... I have seen many games compressed... But i don't know how to do it... I have tried WinRar, 7z but i couldn't compressed it that much... 7.54GB max.. Is there a way to do it without Damaging Files.....?

That is easy you'll have to download KGV compressor. it will compress 15GB game in to 1GB archived file and the best part is you'll never lose nothing but the worst part is you'll need at least 2.3GHz processor to compress at high speed.THANKS!!

I have intel i5-4590 3.3Ghz processor.... but will this compression damage any files of game? Since game won't run if any files are damaged. and i can't find any software named KGV compressor... i have found KGB Archiver? Is this the software? If not will you kindly give me the download link to KGV compressor for win-7 64bit?
