Question How to hookup 5 monitors?

I have 4 - 4k monitors hooked up to my desktop right now and I just bought a 5th monitor.
I'm hoping there's a way to hook all 5 up to my desktop as is, without adding a graphics card, or having to buy a seperate laptop to run this 5th monitor.

MONITORS -

right now i'm running 4x monitors with no problem:

and 2x - Samsung lu28r550uqnxza 28'' 4k monitors -

The 5th monitor I just bought is another of the LG32UN880-B 32'' 4k monitor.

My desktop specs are:

Windows 10 - 64 bit
Radeon RX 580
Microstar MS-7B48
Intel Core i7-8700 CPU
32GB Ram

I think with the Radeon RX580 i can only run 4x - 4k monitors with it. Right now i have both of the 2x displayport and HDMI ports hooked up to my 4x monitors.
From what i've read the DVI display port won't run a 4k monitor.

Is there a way to run this 5th monitor off the Radeon RX580 somehow?

If not, what is the next best solution for this 5th monitor? Add a 2nd graphics card? Add a totally new high performance graphics card that can run all 5 monitors?
get a laptop to run 1 or 2 of the monitors seperately?

Ideally i'd like to have all 5 monitors running from the same computer for ease, but worst case i could make it work to run 1x monitor off a seperate computer.

DVI to HDMI adapter should work, as the RX 580 supports HDMI 2.0 output through the DVI port.

If connected to an HDMI display, the limitations of DVI are irrelevant because the graphics card sends HDMI signals through the port, not DVI. You can also use other features like inline audio which are not supported by DVI. I used to run a 4K 60 Hz monitor from my RX 480's DVI port in this way.
