Question how to i get windows 10 on a external hard drive to transfer to a newly built PC

I don't know how to get windows onto a external hard drive and transfer it to my newly built PC. Can someone help me?

Start by giving us a full rundown of what you have, what the new parts are, and what you want the end state to be.
My motherboard is a B450M gaming plus and i have a msi 1050 Ti geforcegtx GPU. I have a Rysen 3 CPU w/ Radeon Vega graphics. A Rosewill 700w PSU, 2x8gb corsair DDR4 RAM 3000MHz, and a Barracuda 1tb 7200rpm internal HD. I have a ink to download windows 10 64. And I want that to go to my PC.

Easy.

You need an 8TB 8GB(!) or larger USB flash drive, and some other working PC.
Download the MediaCreation tool direct from MS.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Use that to build the Win 10 install on the flash drive.

you did mean to say 8GB flash drive right? Not 8TB
