how to I update passwords stored in internet explorer 11

There are sites which for security reasons demand password change every so often. How do I update them on Internet Explorer 11 and Windows 7? Lord I have tried but to no avail

If you clear your browsing data, you should be able to be re-prompted for your password. Why not use a browser like Chrome? It's better, and there's functionality like LastPass or its own locker.

LastPass suckers you in by telling you should not store your passwords in your browser, that they are only secure in LastPass and then LastPass deletes them out of your browser. LastPass is only good until the day it decides your password is no good. LastPass has no password change functionality and does not keep a copy of your password. I had over 100 passwords in LastPass that I had to change when LastPass refused my password.

That's probably just your bad luck or a faulty memory. They have no reason to change your password on you at random. I've had no problems with it and think it's a fine solution.
