How to identify PC133 CAS2 memory?

I recently purchased one PC133 256MB module. It was made by Micron (has MT on chips, 7.5ns). The sote told me it is CAS2 memory. How can I tell from it?

Also, does anyone know good CPU heatsink? Where can I find it?

One way you might be able to find out is to email Micron tech support. They should have a way of telling there RAM apart via markings or numbers on the RAM chip.
