how to identify which narra3 mobo I have?

I want to replace my narra3 mobo in an HP a6430f, however, there are 2 different boards shipped with this unit. Only p/n I can find is HP# 5189-1661. Any help from anyone?

You could use an app like Speccy, CPU-Z, or even hwmonitor to identify your components as well. Each are easily googled.

I tried the HP website and Speccy already to no avail. The reason for my question is whenever I search for the part at Ebay, there are 2 different part #s, none of which comech at Ebay. close to the HP part#. According to HP there is only 1 version of the narra3. From what I can tell, only ! has the digital audio output. I'm at a loss to find the part numbers that match the Ebay #s.

This Ebay Auction seems to have the correct item. What numbers are not matching up?

You could also open your PC case and verify it's the same hardware, the M2N68-LA. Or if you really can't verify, call HP-Support and use your serial number and product ID to get the exact specifications.
