How to ignore a range of sectors in HDD?

I have a Maxtor STM3320613AS HDD (320 GB) and it have some bad sectors. I know windows ignores these bad sectors itself but is there any possibly way to force HDD itself to ignore a range of sectors so HDD wont use them? because these bad sectors are in a specify range.
I tried SeaTools for DOS for repairing sectors but each time the program repaired them, when I restart, I see these bad sectors are still there and program repair them again and this happen over and over but bad sectors are there and HDD use them again.
Note that I use Windows 7 pro.

I would seriously suggest just ditching that hard drive in all honesty. Check out the Western Digital Blue or Green hard drives.

Unfortunately for some reasons, I can't decide to what to do with this hard drive so I have no choice except repairing the drive and as far as I know, with ignoring a range of sectors.

Hi there Amirreza Nasiri,

I would also advise you not to keep crucial information(and back up if any already stored on it) on this drive as it may fail without warning. Another thing is that when bad sectors start appearing, they will eventually continue to do so.
Apart from that, you can try reallocating the bad sectors with the Windows error check function. Check this out: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/check-your-hard-disk-for-errors
Another thing you can do is to just keep an eye on the bad sectors count and see whether they will increase.

To answer your question, you could repartition the drive and confine the range of bad sectors to a small partition.

Alternatively, if the problem relates to a few specifric LBAs, then you might like to try "Makebad":
