How to import only one single photo from my digitalcamera to my PC?

I need to import a single photo from my digital camera to my PC.How can I do,without transporting all of them?

Hi put your sd card from your camera into your computer ( or card reader) open the folder and select the Pic you want. Then just right click and Copy then right click and Paste where you want it to go
