How To Improve SAMSUNG MZHPU128HCGM M.2 Benchmark Numbers and Speed

Dear All,

I got a SAMSUNG MZHPU128HCGM from a friend which was included in his Sony laptop which was damaged in an accident.

Installed it at my Gigabyte Z97-D3H and booted to my system normally , Converted it ti GPT and installed Windows 10 64-bit

It's almost the double of the performance for the regular SSDNow V300 but i know that it should be faster than that

How to get the full speed of it ?!

When contacted Samsung for firmware upgrade they informed me it's OEM and they don't have a firmware for it.

My configuration is:
Intel Core I5 4460 Haswell 3.2GHz 6M Cache
GIGABYTE GA-Z97-D3H
Kingston HyperX Fury 1x8GB DDR3 1866MHz CL10 1.5V
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 950 AMP! Edition 2GB
SAMSUNG MZHPU128HCGM + SAMSUNG Spinpoint F1 HD753LJ 750GB
SeaSonic S12II Bronze 620W
Cooler Master HAF 912 Compact

What you have is the Samsung XP941 which is a business enterprise drive. It is intended for industrial use. It is an older second generation PCIe 2.0 x 4 enterprise ssd first announced in 2013. It was an OEM drive that was never meant for consumer use. Samsung made slightly different OEM versions for companies like HP, Lenovo, Sony, Apple, and other ompanies. HP called their version the Z Turbo. Advertised performance specifications varied based on design and included features.

The XP941 was replaced by the SM951 which also was an OEM model. For consumers use Samsung eventually released the 950 Pro.

The best clear answer so far ,, so know i am in the range and at the most common performance for this model

by any mean it still better than any SATA SSD which will let me sell my 240GB SSDNOW V300 and get a bigger HDD
