How to increase fan speed??

Does anyone know some program for increasing a fan speed?My CPU is running hot and i heard that i could increase fan speed to get temp down.Does someone know some good program??

What kinda of Mobo do you have??? Normally you would be able to do that it the BIOS. I turned my fan to 100% in my bios. I've got a 650i ultra mobo. Hope you can to.

you can turn it off auto control in the bios, to have it running at 100% all the time.
