How to increase FPS in DOTA 2 and CS GO?

Hey gyz I have...
AMD FX 4300 Quard Core Processor 3.80GHz
Ram - 4 GB
Gfx Card - AMD Radeon R7 200 Series

I am facing fps problem. Dota 2 (Fps120) and CS GO (100 FPS). It's also fluctuating.
Please tell me how can I increase my FPS?
