Solution
Your title indicated HD610 graphics.
The G5600 has HD630 graphics.

Is your ram composed of two sticks so you are running in dual channel mode?
CPU-Z memory tab will confirm dual channel mode.
Dual channel is very important to intel integrated graphics performance.

Next, with 16gb, it can't hurt to increase the ram decicated to the integrated adapter from 128mb to as high as it can go.
I guess 1000 mb.
Access the intel graphics control panel by right clicking on the desktop.

For fast action games, you will want a discrete graphics card.
GT1030 is considered as the absolute minimum that can be called a gaming card.
You may do ok for slower games like sims, strategy or mmo games.
Really, you should be looking at a GTX1050ti or better...
First list your specs like so:

Increasing the amount of shared ram will not magically make the igpu faster. It will still be slow. Even if you could dedicate 8Gb to that igpu(which you normally can't) it would still not meet the minimum requirements for the game.

You are going to need to add an entry level gaming card to the system to play that game and if you want to play it at 2560x1080 at decent FPS then you'll need more of a midrange card.
But you may also run into other performance issues as your Pentium is a bit slower(in multi threaded tasks) than the cpus in the min requirements list.

G5600 is quite competent for the price so you may do ok.
The good news is that you have good options for a cpu upgrade once you get a discrete graphics card.

Your configuration is a bit strange. No way is a 240mm liquid cooler needed for a G5600 chip.
