How to Increase Performance in Call of Duty: Ghosts for AMD Graphics Cards

Introduction
Many people are experiencing an intense amount of Lagg while playing Call of Duty: Ghosts. This tutorial will increase performance and lagg for AMD Graphics Cards and will give a dramatic fix for AMD CrossfireX setups.

Step 1
Run Call of Duty: Ghosts

Step 2
Change your graphical settings to match below: (You MUST Turn off Anti Aliasing, we will turn it on later, however)

Step 3
Run Catalyst Control Center by right clicking on the Desktop.

Step 4
Navigate to the following location:

Step 5
Load the profile that you desire

Step 6
Highlight the file you just loaded and then change the settings to match the picture below

Step 7
Click Save and overwrite the current file.

Call of Duty: Ghosts should now be way smoother. A gain is FPS should be expected as well as a much better playing experience! If you want to make the game look ever better, you can turn on more things in the in-game menu but that is completely up to you, just do not enable in-game anti-aliasing.
