How to increase speed of amd a8 7600 kaveri 3.1 Ghz into its peak 3.8 Ghz ?

hi guys...
I have a cpu AMD A8 7600 kaveri 3.1 Ghz
it said on the specification description, it can be boosted from 3.1 Ghz into maximum 3.8 Ghz
but I don't know how to do it... >.<
is anyone know how to make it happen ???

I using ASrock fm2a88x Killer Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance dual channel 2x2
Dazumba 500 watt 80+ Bronze PSU

It should automatically boost to 3.8GHz when under heavy load, unless you have it otherwise stated in your BIOS.
