How to initialize hard drive if locked by BIOS

Hi Techsavvies!
here is problem statement-
i have locked the LaptopHDD using bios.The same HDD i want to use now as an External Data storage.but after it is enclosed in IDE casing and connected to system it is not being initialized.even in the disk mgmt and Diskpart utility i could not see the way to get this problem resolved.
Come up with the solution to help me out!

Put it back in the laptop, and use the bios to unlock it.
