If you have Windows 7 Pro, you can also run XP Mode: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/install-and-use-windows-xp-mode-in-windows-7#section_1

While it's not the same as a dual boot, it can be handy if you're just trying to run a few programs here and there.
