how to install amd ryzen 1500x fan?

got an amd ryzen 1500x processor and have no clue how to put the fan on, it doesnt just screw in, it has threads or whatever and big dumb washers on the bottom of them, anytime I try to screw them in they just dont move so I have no clue what to do.

You have to install the backplate that either came with the motherboard or with the CPU

I went through both boxes and didnt find one, but I do have one that fits perfectly sitting here but again, dont know how to get these screws through bc they dont move

They're springloaded, so you have to push down on them with the screw driver. But they won't screw into anything without a backplate.
Read your motherboard manual about the stock cooler installation.
