How to install backedup drivers?

So I recently updated my Windows 10 to 1511 10586 version for which I had to completely format my c drive( I was facing trouble getting the update).

I made a file backup in my external harddisk and also a driver backup by using DriverBooster. I planned to restore both of them in updated windows but sadly I'm not able to do it.I gave up hope on restoring the file backup but I really need to restore the driver backup because I'm having super slow internet. Driverbooster is not even able to detect the backup drivers and the backed up drivers are having a .dbb extension which I obiviously can't excess. Please help

Why not just get new drivers? You should be able to get copies of the drivers associated with your hardware of the makers web site.
