Like the title says i'm having trouble installing case fans i bought. I realised that in the packaging 4 self tapping screw were included and I have no idea how to install these into the case. Please Help

Fans: 3x CoolerMaster Sickleflowx 120cm blue led fans

Nice case. So, there is nothing difficult to this. Simply align you fans to the fan slots and use the screws to tighten them to your case. As i see you can install 3 at the front and one at the back. What exactly is your problem you are facing? You can not find the fan slots? This figure from Coolermaster's site may help you.

The thing i find difficult is that when i screw the included screws, the screws wont go down into the hole of the fans. Also, as i screw the screws deeper into the fan, the screws seem to be resisting when i screwed less than half of the screw in.

This is normal. As you addressed, these are self tapping screws. Which means that when you screw them, they create a spiral to the plastic. Just go on until the screw positions the fan firmly to the case. Important is that you have to screw little by little with cycles. ie screw by half the first one, then the second, third and so on. Do it by cycles until the fan is firmly in place.
P.S.: Do not overdo it with screwing or you will damage the new spiral you just made and the plastic

Do you think i can use a drill for the screws? When i screw the screws sometimes the screw barely moves

You shouldn't be having such difficulty tightening those screws unless you are using a really short screwdriver. Are you sure that the screws are not being blocked by the case hole? ie they are a bit bigger than the wholes of your case?

Should i be threading the holes while attaching the fan to the case or should i be threading the holes outside the case? Also, whats the difference between using a short screw driver and a long one?

I am directly screwing the holes while having the fan attached to the case but if you having difficulty simply screw them outside of the case to open the spiral and then attach them and screw again, it would be easier then. Longer and bigger screwdrivers have way more power by hand. By physics ^_^
