How to install dhcp client service

Hi there,

I do not get any internet acess! No wireless, cable etc...
I have tried to istall the recovery cd and vista software. It interrops everytime.

DHCP Client
Open the Windows Vista Control Panel by clicking "Start," then "Control Panel."

Open the Administrative Tools folder by clicking "System and Maintenance" in the Control Panel window, then clicking "Administrative Tools."

Open the Services administrative tool by double-clicking "Services."

Scroll down in the list of services in the Services tool window by clicking the scroll bar at the right side of the list.

Select "DHCP Client" in the services list by clicking it.

Restart the DHCP client service by right-clicking "DHCP Client," then clicking "Restart."
