Have you run Windows 7 update yet? It will find the 'best available' hardware drivers as well as get the OS updates.

Update a driver for hardware that isn't working properly
They mention the automatic and manual methods for updating drivers.

Download the drivers from your laptop manufacturers web site. I would strongly advise against letting WU do it as laptop vendors oft use specific drivers adapted for laptops. This is especially true of audio and GFX drivers.
