How to install drivers without internet usb or cd-rom?

I have a case with only usb 3.0 and no optical driver. I did manage to install windows 7 with usb 3.0 by reading the guides online. However there is no any drivers and even the lan driver. Thank you.

P.S. Since I have no usb 3.0 driver in my windows 7 usb is not working anyway. I knew I'm stupid

Seriously, these days everything from the Internet. Go to a Internet Cafe to download the necessary drivers if you have to.
