how to install geforce GT 730 to Dell optiplex 780

I have this GEforce GT 730 64bit Palit card, and it has a shorter pin for my motherboard.. can I still stall this one? really confused..

I am confused with your statement. This is your motherboard below

What you mean shorter PIN. Video card must go to PCIE x16, which is slot with blue lock at the end.
Can you provide here link to your card, foreign language is OK (Palit is European, I know).
