The question having been asked once, and having received some replies, why ask it again (apparently without even reading those replies)? It doesn't endear you to anyone and is liable to get you ignored. It's not as if the last post was that long ago.

What is IDM? Are you the same poster as before? Is this some sort of Spam?

Use the search feature, it's Internet Download manager and their very own site has a full tutorial on how to install this. They don't do a native Linux version so you have to run the Windows one under WINE, the guide details how to do this step by step. I posted a full answer to this last week.
